In a letter dated Nov 22, Jaiprakash Associates Limited-Facility Management Group (JAL-FMG), which has managed the society's maintenance since 2015, and Suraksha Reality Ltd asked the society's apartment owners' association (AOA) to take over the housekeeping and other services.
