Maharashtra RERA warns developers against unethical practices and misrepresentation

This follows recent complaints to MahaRERA about developers registering upper-floor flats without a valid Commencement Certificate (CC) and refusing to sign sale agreements despite homebuyers paying over 10% of the total amount.
