The decision came after two allottees, Saurabh Mehta and Jai Prakash Mehta, had filed a complaint with the regulatory body following structural audits conducted by IIT-Roorkee and the Central Building Research Institute (CBRI) found the Green View Society project ‘unsafe’ for living.
