Uttar Pradesh RERA puts 400 projects in ‘abeyance’

UP-RERA found that promoters of about 400 projects had not uploaded the land records or maps or both of the projects on RERA portal. It was also seen that the promoters of 160 of these projects have not uploaded both the map and land record.
