Clear Bridge Ventures has acquired an IT park in Malad, Mumbai for Rs 335 crore from Property Ventures (India). The property, developed in 2002, includes a land parcel, parking slots, and over 147,000 sq ft of saleable area. This transaction highlights the growing demand for office spaces in India’s commercial hubs.
