Uttar Pradesh housing board allows amalgamation of adjacent plots if owner is same

While for residential properties, joining two plots into a single unit will be allowed upon paying 2% of the reserved rates, for commercial properties, amalgamation of four plots will be allowed upon payment of 5%.
