Applicants filed petition in Karnataka HC over 12 year delay in EWS housing project

As per the plan, the builder has to construct 1,512 residential quarters in 26 blocks with nine-storeyed structures with lift facilities in an area of 7.2 acres. However, 12 years since construction began, work is far from over.
