Telangana RERA directs Bhrigu Infra to refund Rs 20 lakh for not registering plot

The complainant stated that an agent, representing Bhrigu Infra, enticed them to invest in a 240 square yard villa plot at a rate of 16,000 per square yard with an upfront payment of 20 lakh.
